Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 10 years of experience in the offshore or energy industry, including 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary engineering projects
  • Familiar with engineering codes and standards for offshore and industrial projects

  • A university degree in engineering or a related discipline.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a people-focused approach.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive, reliable, and result-oriented attitude.
  • You will work closely with clients, partners, and colleagues from other Iv offices around the world. You will also encourage awareness for safety, quality, and information security within the team.
  • You will guide and coach team leads and engineers, make sure projects are well planned and delivered on time, and ensure that all work meets our quality and safety standards. You will also take care of project staffing, budgets, and training, and you will help to improve how we work every day.
