Role Overview:

The Senior Developer is responsible for leading the development and maintenance of high-performance web applications. This role involves overseeing projects from planning to deployment, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring software solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop clean, scalable, secure, and optimized code.
  • Lead the full software development life cycle: development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Write high-quality, scalable, and secure code adhering to industry best practices and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software bugs and issues.
  • Optimize SQL queries and ensure database performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve code quality and skills.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior programmers.
  • Stay up-to-date with Laravel ecosystem updates and introduce relevant tools or best practices. Contribute to and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and system architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and business analysts.
  • Drive continuous improvement by introducing new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
