Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Support at our Melaka location. The Inside Sales Support will handle daily tasks such as supporting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing effective communication between the sales team and customers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining sales operations and documentation.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
