We're looking for a hands-on engineer to deploy and integrate PSIM/SCADA platforms with a zoo of third-party systems and field devices. You'll configure interfaces, map tags/points, wrangle protocols, and prove everything works from FAT to SAT to go-live. If you know your way around networking, can script a little, and speak "OPC/Modbus/BACnet/MQTT," you'll fit right in.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Deploy, configure, and commission PSIM/SCADA solutions (servers, clients, HMIs, redundancy, licensing).
  • Integrate third-party systems (CCTV, ACS, IDS, FAS, BMS, PLCs, meters, etc.) via industrial and IT protocols.
  • Build and test interfaces: point/tag mapping, alarm/event flows, data normalization, time sync.
  • Create interface specs & ICDs, test plans (FAT/UAT/SAT), and as-built documentation.
  • Basic communication troubleshooting: understanding VLANs, switches, ports, timeouts, etc.
  • Do light scripting (automation flows, deployment, parse logs, transform data).
  • Train operators and hand over cleanly to operations & maintenance

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Degree/diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar (or equivalent experience).
  • Practical grasp of networking (TCP/IP, routing, NAT, VPNs), Windows/Linux admin basics.
  • Basic programming/scripting: one of Python, PowerShell, Bash, or C#/JS for simple tools.
  • Working knowledge of common protocols/methods, such as: OPC, Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, SNMP, ONVIF, RTSP, ODBC/JDBC.
  • Comfortable with diagrams, device addressing, and reading vendor manuals.
  • Clear documentation habits and a test-first mindset.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with any PSIM or SCADA platforms.
  • Experience with security and automation systems (CCTV, BMS, ACS, IDS, etc.)
  • PLC familiarity (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider) and HMI design.
  • Virtualization/containers (VMware/Hyper-V/Docker) and backup/restore know-how

QUALIFICATION LEVEL :

  • Degree/diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar (or equivalent experience).

EXPERIENCE LEVEL :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industry.
