About the Role

We are seeking a motivated intern to assist in research, marketing content development, and coordination of market engagement activities in Vietnam and Malaysia. The intern will contribute to projects that bridge data science, marketing education, and international business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Literature Review & Research
  • Conduct literature reviews on topics related to data science education, particularly in disinformation.
  • Identify and validate reliable sources for the research content.
  • Assist in compiling bibliographic references and preparing annotated summaries.
  • Marketing Course Material Development
  • Support the creation and localization of marketing and data-related learning materials.
  • Assist in preparing PowerPoint slides, case studies, and self-directed learning modules.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure materials are relevant to local market contexts.
  • Market Engagement & Meeting Support
  • Provide logistical and communication support for meetings with education partners, chambers of commerce, and local institutions.
  • Assist in preparing presentation decks, meeting notes, and follow-up documentation.
  • Participate in selected meetings or events to gain hands-on experience in cross-cultural collaboration.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or postgraduate student in
    Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    (Vietnamese or Malay language proficiency is an advantage).
  • Research-oriented, organized, and detail-driven.
  • Familiarity with academic citation formats and Zotero tool is an advantage.
  • Interest in education, data science, and cross-border marketing projects.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings or events.
