We are an established legal firm located in Damansara Perdana since 2008. Our area of practice is predominantly general litigation emphasizing on commercial, strata management, recovery, company and contractual disputes.
Job Description- Drafting, preparing and filing various cause papers, correspondences, bundles of documents, witness statements, submissions and all other hearing/trial related documents;
- Attending/assisting in conducting hearings and trials and other related court appearances;
- Ensuring the related case documents are properly ordered, indexed, filed and available;
- Updating clients as to outcome of the Courts' directions/instructions/decisions
- Attending to clients and taking appropriate instructions;
- Attending to case management and clarifications via online platforms, email and/or physical appearances
- Minimum 1 (one) year relevant working experience
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and a member of the Malaysian Bar
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Meticulous, independent, reliable and responsible
- Possess own transport
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Willing to learn and take instructions
- Possess positive work attitude and self motivated
