What would you do?
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented intern to join the PR & Communications team. You will play a hands-on role in shaping how the Touch 'n Go brand communicates with the Public, Media and communities. This internship offers exposure to internal communications and external communications, storytelling and event coordination – giving you a solid foundation in brand reputation and communications strategy
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the team in drafting press releases, media invites, and corporate announcements
- Assist in managing media list, monitoring coverage, and compiling reports
- Help coordinate media events, launches, townhalls, and partnership activations
- Contribute to content development for internal and external communications channels
- Support the preparation of talking points, speeches and presentation decks
- Track public sentiment and assist in community engagement initiatives
Who should join us?
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media or related field
- Strong writing and communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Eagerness to learn, proactive, detail-oriented
- Able to multitask, and manage tight timelines in a dynamic environment
- Basic familiarity with media, social platforms, or design tools is a plus
