Full-Time Role – Financial Services Sales Consultant

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.45 AM – 5.45 PM
  • Occasionally required on Saturdays for company events or roadshows

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote financial protection and savings products to walk-in and existing bank customers
  • Offer professional consultations and propose suitable product solutions
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Participate in continuous training, coaching, and career development programs

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years' experience in sales, banking, or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • No history of bankruptcy or major debt issues

Education Criteria:

  • SPM with minimum 5 passes and at least 3 years of sales experience, OR
  • Diploma (preferred), OR
  • Degree (advantageous for senior roles)

Salary Structure & Career Growth:

  • Executive: RM 2,600 – RM 3,000 (basic)
  • Senior Executive (Trainee): RM 2,800 – RM 3,300 (basic)
  • Senior Executive: RM 2,800 – RM 10,000 (basic + incentives)
