Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily security operations across airport terminals, airside, and landside areas.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international aviation security regulations (e.g., ICAO, IATA, CAAM).
  • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, law enforcement, and aviation authorities on security matters.
  • Manage and monitor access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and perimeter security.
  • Lead incident response and investigation of security breaches or suspicious activities.
  • Train and supervise security personnel, ensuring adherence to SOPs and emergency protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain security reports, logs, and documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Support crisis management and emergency response planning.
  • Stay updated on emerging threats and recommend improvements to security infrastructure and procedures.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Aviation Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in the aviation or transportation sector.
  • Familiarity with aviation security regulations and standards.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in security systems and technologies (e.g., CCTV, access control).
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies.
