About the role

We are seeking a talented Conveyancing Officer to join our dynamic team at BERJAYA QIYAM SDN BHD' in Ipoh, Perak. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our Property Development, handling all aspects of conveyancing transactions from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents for property transactions, including sales and purchase agreements, transfers, and other related documentation
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process
  • Conducting title searches and due diligence on properties
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing or property law
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
