Responsible to assist the DVC (A) & DVC (I) with the day-to-day ad hoc tasks and manage EMGS system (international students).

Job description

  • Provide administrative support to the Directors, DVC (A) & DVC (I)
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars (Microsoft Teams)
  • Schedule and coordinate students and other meetings, interviews, orientation and events
  • Collate and distribute emails.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical for International student registartion and to the relevant department.
  • Assist with EMGS, EIPTS and other online applications.
  • To undertake office reception duties, both in person and on the telephone, including answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages for other staff when needed.
  • Always maintain professional appearance and personal conduct.
  • Ability to manage own workloads.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks or duties as may be required by directors and registration department

Minimum Education Requirement : Bachelor's
