About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at PARAGON GLOBE BERHAD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for planning and executing engaging marketing campaigns and events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement in Johor Bahru region.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our products and services.
  • Source and shortlist suitable advertising agencies, consultants and suppliers on all advertising and promotional materials and media schedules needed.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination, and on-site coordination for sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, road shows.
  • Create marketing collateral such as scale models, brochures, sales kit, renderings, animation videos, website development and sales gallery panel.
  • Prepare and submit related documentation for the KPKT's online submission i.e NAPIC.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing efforts.

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or event coordination role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and work within timeline.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and an understanding of effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
