Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacy outlet.
  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
  • Offer professional medication counselling and recommend suitable health products to meet customer needs.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including stock control, expiry monitoring, and ordering of medicines and products.
  • Supervise and guide pharmacy and retail staff to maintain a productive and efficient working environment.
  • Plan and oversee staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
  • Promote and cross-sell a wide range of healthcare, wellness, and personal care products.
  • Provide coverage or relief duties at other outlets when required.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements :

  • For PRP: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university and eligible for registration with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (PBM) as a Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP).
  • For FRP: Fully registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (PBM) and possesses a valid Annual Retention Certificate (ARC).
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy.
  • Proficient in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in a Retail Pharmacy environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude toward the pharmacy profession.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays as scheduled.

Remuneration:

  • PRP : Basic salary from RM3,000 per month
  • FRP : Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
