Job Summary

We are looking for a Tour Operations Executive to oversee end-to-end travel operations — from tour confirmation to final invoicing. This role involves close coordination with suppliers, sales teams, and partners across multiple regions to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate tour delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire tour operation process from confirmation to completion.
  • Create, update, and manage bookings and service orders in internal systems.
  • Ensure all services comply with company standards and operational guidelines.
  • Prepare and review invoices, including issuing credit notes or processing additional charges when required.
  • Verify supplier invoices and follow up on outstanding or pending items.
  • Coordinate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams across different time zones.
  • Handle tour reports, customer feedback, and post-tour follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the quotation and sales teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
  • Record quality control data and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in tour operations or travel handling (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented, proactive attitude.
  • High accuracy in data entry, system management, and workflow processes.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be given priority.
