Responsibilities:-

  • Conduct quarterly risk review meetings with assigned business and support units together with Risk Officers.
  • Monitor risk exposures and report major issues promptly.
  • Provide training and guidance to Risk Officers on risk management processes, operations, and system use.
  • Prepare and submit risk reports and updates from assigned units to the Management Risk Team (MRT), Risk Management Committee (RMC), and the Board of Directors on time.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of risk data for reporting.
  • Manage and maintain risk management systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Assist in analyzing risk-related data for quarterly reports to MRT, RMC, and the Board.
  • Help assigned units develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for risk tracking and reporting.
  • Organize and promote risk awareness programs such as forums, training, and engagement sessions to build a strong risk culture across Setia.
  • Carry out other tasks or projects as assigned by the Head of Risk Management.

Job Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management or Accountancy or Finance or Law or Business Administration field.
  • Professional risk management certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in risk management or similar field, experience in data analytics is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge on risk management practices, framework and governance.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Work location based in Setia Alam.
