Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior TA Executive located in Kelana Jaya. The Senior TA Executive will be responsible for leading and managing the talent acquisition process end-to-end, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing and assessing candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with department managers to understand hiring requirements, building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and selection skills
  • Knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the food and retail industry is a plus
