Working Hours:
- From 0800 am to 1700 pm (Weekdays), From 0800 am to 1230 pm (Weekend)
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Requirements :
- Minimum qualification: Diploma/Certificate.
- Proficient in Mathematics and English.
- At least 1 year of related experience.
Job Scopes :
- Manage procurement tasks and ensure adherence to proper procedures
- Handle financial matters, including petty cash, expense reimbursements, cost calculations, bank credit applications, and invoice issuance
- Oversee HR and administrative duties such as scheduling, event planning, travel arrangements, call handling, and document filing
- Coordinate inventory management and workshop operations
