Job Purpose

To support and execute motorcycle racing operations, including event coordination, team management, sponsorship, and marketing activities. The role ensures smooth race preparation, strengthens brand visibility, and supports the company's overall motorsport strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage racing programs, events, and testing activities.
  • Coordinate with riders, engineers, and mechanics to ensure race readiness and performance improvement.
  • Handle logistics for race bikes, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
  • Identify and secure sponsorship or partnership opportunities to enhance racing activities and brand exposure.
  • Ensure compliance with racing regulations, technical standards, and safety requirements.
  • Responsible for marketing and communication activities to promote the company's motorsport brand including collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies to coordinate marketing requirements, quotations, and proposals.
  • Create and manage promotional materials and develop relevant contents, on-time operational schedule to meet tight deadlines.
  • Maintain consistent corporate, brand and product identity across all communications, in line with Honda's corporate and visual guidelines.
  • Serves as the communication channel with creative agencies to prepare campaign proposals and promotional content.
  • Prepare reports on race results, operations, and performance data.
  • Travel frequently and support on-site operations during race events or training sessions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering, Sports / Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5 years' experience in motorsport operations, racing event coordination, or sponsorship management.
  • Passion in motorsport racing and have good understanding of motorcycle racing, technical knowledge, and safety requirements.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Able to travel and work on weekends during racing events.
  • Passionate about motorsports and brand building.
