Tasks & responsibilities

  • Effectively execute the implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance overall function of Sales & Marketing Department.
  • Monitor sales processes including following up on loan applications and liaising with solicitors on loan documentations.
  • Liaise effectively with bankers, lawyers and the enforcement department.
  • Negotiate and close deal with customers on behalf of the company, solve the problems on time and provide services consultation.
  • To attract, retain and develop sales team to minimize staff turnover rate.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Lead and participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events. Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales in the property industry.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key customers by developing and monitoring programs for customer acquisition and retention, with the objective of creating customer loyalty and branding.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote company products, services, and properties. Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including website management, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications & experience

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 3 years' experience in related field.
  • Able to communicate well in English and BM; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Computer literature and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Words, Excel & Power Point)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate the sales team.
  • Hands on experience in sales of residential & rental of commercial properties
