We're Hiring – Associate Executive (People & Organization)

Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Salary Range: RM2,200 – RM2,800

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We're looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our People & Organization (HR) team You'll play an important role in supporting recruitment, employee administration, and HR operations — while helping to create a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle: job posting, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes (confirmation, transfer, resignation).
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve HR processes and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law and payroll is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
