Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based CRM systems and internal platforms.
  • Build and integrate backend (PHP / / MySQL / API) components.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs with front-end applications to ensure smooth data flow and user interaction.
  • Design efficient database structures and ensure data consistency.
  • Collaborate with front-end and project teams to deliver seamless integration.
  • Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable deployment.
  • Manage version control (Git) and handle staging/production testing.
  • Support implementation of new backend features to improve workflow and user experience.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in backend development (Mid/Senior level).
  • Proficient in PHP / Laravel / / MySQL / RESTful API.
  • Familiar with server management (Linux / Nginx / Cloudflare) is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking team members.
  • Independent, responsible, and able to manage multiple backend tasks.
