Responsibilities:
1. HR Task
- Recruitment: Job posting, sourcing of candidates, coordinating interview and executing hiring procedures.
- Attendance: Track and compile staff attendance records.
- Leave Management: Monitor and update employee leave records.
- Staff Claims: Compile staff claims and ensure timely courier of documents to the HQ office in Kuala Lumpur.
2. Office Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee the day-to-day operational and maintenance needs of the office.
3. Service Contract Management
- Coordinate and manage service providers for:
• Pest control
• Cleaning services
• Security guard services
- Monitor contract terms and ensure services are delivered as agreed.
4. Pantry Management
- Monitor and replenish pantry supplies to support staff needs.
5. Office & Stationery Supplies
- Manage inventory and procurement of office and stationery supplies.
6. Car Park Rental Administration
- Handle tenant car park renewals.
- Coordinate and verify payment of renewal fees.
- Replace and update parking stickers at designated lots upon renewal.
7. IT Coordination
- Liaise with IT for troubleshooting and coordination of basic IT-related issues.
8. Centralized Office Task Handling
- Support and coordinate centralized administrative tasks, including office setup, relocation, or other office-related matters.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience.
- High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all time.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
