Are you passionate about talent acquisition and experienced in driving recruitment initiatives? We're looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and contribute to a wide range of HR and recruitment efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer stage
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.)
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates for cultural and skill fit
  • Manage interview scheduling and facilitate preparation and feedback for both candidates and hiring manager
  • Prepare job postings and draft job descriptions as needed, based on role requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines constantly

HR Operations & Support

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation
  • Assist with payroll input and basic HR reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
  • Support performance review cycles, probation tracking, and employee engagement activities
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees

General HR Support

  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of HR processes and policies
  • Assist in organizing team events, wellness initiatives, and training sessions
  • Support internal communications related to HR announcements or updates

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Commerce or its equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years recruitment experience in in-house or external recruitment agencies. Experiences in recruiting hosts in the livestream industry, retail industry, or influencer agency company is advantageous.
  3. Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin. (Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred).
  4. Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  5. Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to HR practices. Experience in building and perfecting human resources systems is advantageous.
  6. Proactive approach to work with strong planning and execution abilities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  7. Ability to work independently.
  8. Strong learning ability, coupled with a drive for achievement and resilience.
