About the role

Join CREEPER CREATIVE' as a Sales Marketing professional and play a key role in driving new business growth. This full-time position is based in Damansara Damai, Selangor and will see you contributing to the company's strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand CREEPER CREATIVE's client base
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to win new accounts
  3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral
  6. Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to management
  7. Contribute to the overall sales and revenue growth objectives of the organisation

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a new business development or sales marketing role, preferably within the Sales industry
  2. Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
  3. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
