About the Role

We're building a Corporate Wellness & Occupational Health unit that transforms how organizations care for their people — from ergonomics to movement health.

As the
Lead Physiotherapist
, you'll take the driver's seat in designing, conducting, and scaling impactful wellness programs that reduce workplace injuries, boost productivity, and improve quality of life.

You'll lead from both the treatment table
and
the boardroom — bridging healthcare, data, and human connection.

What You'll Do

Lead Corporate Wellness Projects

  • Plan and execute onsite and virtual ergonomic assessments, posture clinics, and workplace screenings.
  • Conduct musculoskeletal (MSK) health risk assessments and recommend workplace modifications.

Educate & Engage

  • Deliver interactive workshops and health talks on ergonomics, posture, and movement health.
  • Develop micro-learning content for hybrid workforces and corporate clients.

Build Partnerships

  • Collaborate with HR, HSE, and corporate clients to design customized wellness solutions.
  • Represent Alpro Physio in business forums, conferences, and corporate health days.

Drive Measurable Impact

  • Track outcomes such as discomfort scores, injury rates, and productivity gains.
  • Compile client reports, ROI analyses, and case studies for portfolio growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's in
    Physiotherapy
    , with
    valid APC and registration
    (Malaysia or Singapore).
  • Minimum
    3 years' experience
    in clinical or corporate physiotherapy practice.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills — able to engage both professionals and executives.
  • Confident leading teams, managing projects, and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Bonus: Certification in ergonomics, occupational health, or functional capacity evaluation (FCE).
