1. Human Resources Internship

Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling, referral programs, and employer branding initiatives
  • Update internal databases with new employee information such as contact details and employment forms
  • Assist with general HR-related errands
  • Participate in company functions and networking events (e.g., Career Fairs)
Internship Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English and Malay (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success
  • Internship duration: 4 to 6 months
  • Willingness to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
