Duties and Responsibility

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, providing recommendations and upselling items when appropriate.
  • Offer clear guidance on the menu, including information on dietary restrictions and current promotions.
  • Accurately take customer orders and input them into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
  • Process various payment methods, including cash, debit cards, and QR payments, while maintaining accurate cash balances and transaction records.
  • Operate the POS system in accordance with company policies, including handling payments, voids, and cancellations.
  • Ensure the POS system and counter station are attended at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter station in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Position Requirement
- At least SPM level and above.
- Basic math skill and ability to handle cash accurately.
- Experience in cashier and F&B service is added advantages.
- Good communication skill and friendly attitude.
- Willing to work during weekend, public holiday and overtime.
