Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Membantu Penyelia Operasi  dalam mengawalselia kerja-kerja operasi seperti mengira stok harian(figure), menyimpan rekod stok PKO/PKE/PK dan kawalan mutu(merekod/mengawasi Analisa)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/INDVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Mengira dan merekod stok PK

  • Mengatur penggunaan dan penggiliran PK silo mengikut sistem 'FIFO'.

  • Mengatur pengosongan dan pembersihan silo.

  • Mengatur dan mengawasi operasi, kebersihan dan keselamatan kilang setiap masa.

  • Memastikan bilangan mesin pemerah yang beroperasi pada waktu On-Peak dan Off-Peak mengikut perancangan proses bulanan.

  • Melapor serta-merta kepada ketua bahagian senggaraan jika terdapat mesin pemerah yang tidak cekap ie: kehilangan minyak yang melebihi spesifikasi dan throughput yang rendah.

  • Mempastikan VM PKE menepati spesifikasi

  • Mengambil tindakan serta-merta ke atas perkara-perkara yang menjejaskan kawalan kualiti dan kehilangan hasil dengan merujuk kepada laporan bahagian kawalan kualiti.

  • Menjalankan kerja-kerja senggaraan operasi mengikut jadual

  • Menjalankan senggaraan operasi semasa kilang berhenti (shut down)  kerana gangguan bekalan letrik, ketiadaan PK dan sebagainya.

  • Merekod dan melapor prestasi proses dan kerosakan mesin secara harian

  • Mengawal Kos Operasi

  • Kepatuhan kepada ISO, MSPO, GMP+FSA, RSPO, MPOB Code Of Practic, Environment Act, Akta Keselamatan & Kesihatan Pekerjaan 1994 (AKKP), Akta Buruh dan lain-lain akta yang berkaitan..
