Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Prepare, update, and maintain documents, reports, and records systematically.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, and other transactions using AutoCount.
- Maintain delivery orders, sales orders, and inventory-related documentation.
- Update databases, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare letters, notices, and basic documentation using Microsoft Word.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and ensure proper stock levels.
- Provide administrative support to HR, sales, accounts, and operations departments.
- Assist in arranging meetings, preparing minutes, and organizing files.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent;
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in AutoCount, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
- Working days Mon - Fri (8.30am pm) and Sat (8.30am - 1pm)
