Our mission is to make car care transparent, efficient, and trustworthy. With over 5,000 orders and RM1.5M in monthly volume, our financial operations are scaling fast—and we're looking for a sharp, reliable Finance Executive to help us stay organized, accurate, and compliant.

Role Overview

We're hiring a full-time Finance Executive (AP/AR & Reconciliation) to manage daily payment and income operations, including supplier payables, KOL settlements, platform income reconciliation (TikTok, Shopee), and invoice verification. You'll work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure that all money-in/money-out flows are properly tracked, recorded, and supported by clear documentation.

Job Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable & KOL Settlements

  • Process and record supplier invoices
  • Prepare weekly payment schedules for supplier and internal approval
  • Track KOL commissions, verify payout eligibility, and organize monthly disbursements
  • Maintain clean supplier and influencer records, contracts, and tax files

2. Platform Income Reconciliation (AR)

  • Match TikTok and Shopee payout reports with order records and refund logs
  • Monitor payment cycle timing, resolve missing or disputed amounts
  • Update and maintain income records in the accounting system (AutoCount)
  • Flag discrepancies quickly and collaborate with eCommerce or CS teams for resolution

3. Cash Flow & Banking Coordination

  • Perform weekly bank reconciliations and platform balance monitoring
  • Track and categorize incoming payments (e.g. refunds, rebates, vouchers)
  • Assist Finance Manager in preparing cash flow forecasts and payment planning

4. Documentation & Audit Support

  • Organize invoice, receipt, and payment proof archives (Google Drive/AutoCount)
  • Assist in preparing financial records for audit and statutory filing
  • Ensure all entries are accurate, traceable, and audit-compliant

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in AP, AR, or financial operations
  • Experience working with accounting systems (AutoCount preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactions
  • Proficient in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables) and Google Workspace tools
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style team
  • Bonus: Experience with platform-based businesses (eCommerce, TikTok, Shopee)
