Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned market.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed targets.
• Conduct research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitors.

Client Engagement & Consultative Selling

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct needs analyses and propose customized solutions.
• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations, both virtually and in-person.

Proposal, Negotiation & Closing

• Prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts in line with company policies.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely deal closure.

Cross-Selling & Account Growth

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce).
• Provide sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights.
• Share field feedback to influence product development and marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in eLearning, EdTech, or B2B software.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office 365; CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Bonus Skills / Tools:

• Familiarity with learning platforms (TalentLMS, eFront), authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Powtoon), or hybrid learning solutions (ClassIn, Colossyan).
• Experience with collaboration tools (ClickUp, Miro Board, Teams).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
