As an Manager (Production & Operation), you will be expected to be:

 Work in production environment and must be able to identify general problems as well as special

causes in different areas such as production, process and maintenance and resolve those causes

 Assign and supervise daily tasks to ensure high team productivity

 Deliver high quality work, meeting and exceeding management expectations

Responsibilities:-

 Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies,

yields, costs and changeovers

 Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality

standards, minimizing downtime

 Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of production process

 Ensure the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) system of the whole plant are in place

 Manage the plant maintenance when needed especially during plant inspection and shutdown

 Involve in plant scheduling & running plan and communicate with others

 Preparing monthly production and technical report

 Support business expansion across the ASEAN region by scaling operational capabilities.

 Communicate effectively with executives, peers, and subordinates via written and verbal channels

 Deliver high-impact presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

 Respond to associate needs and foster a collaborative team environment

 Always demonstrates a high level of professionalism

 Involve in process optimization and knowledge in Process Flow Diagram (PFD) or Piping/Process &

Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) plant drawings

 Involve in and have the knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality Management

System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)

 Ability to facilitate study and improvement activities within a team e.g. Root Cause Analysis (RCA),

criticality study

 Any ad-hoc duties to be assigned from time to time
