About the Graduate Executive Program
The Graduate Executive Program is designed to fast-track your career in Events, Sales & Marketing. Over 12–24 months, you will experience hands-on exposure across different departments, guided by mentors and senior leaders.
You will:
Learn the fundamentals of sales, event execution, client relations, and marketing strategy
Rotate across multiple business areas to understand the company's full operations
Participate in real campaigns, events, and client meetings
Receive regular training, performance feedback, and mentorship
Graduate into a Team Leader / Executive role based on your performance
What We're Looking For
We welcome fresh graduates and early-career professionals with the right attitude and drive.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Communication preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel and work flexible hours (including weekends during events)
Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn
Team player with leadership potential
What We Offer
Monthly salary: RM2,200 – RM2,800 (plus incentives & allowances)
Event & travel allowances provided

Program Duration
12–24 months (depending on performance)
