Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technology Business Intern to support our technology, operations, and sales teams. This internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology, with exposure to digital tools, internal systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative and technical support during the sales process.
• Help maintain and update database systems, sales documentation, and customer records.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support sales and business development efforts.
• Support the development and implementation of reports and presentations.
• Assist with training sessions at the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence.
• Participate in team meetings, document action items, and track project progress.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with technology, systems, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bilingual (Bahasa & English)

Internship Details:

• Location: BlackBerry Technology Offices in Q Sentral & BlackBerry Cybersecurity Center of Excellence in Cyberjaya
