Seeking a motivated, independent, reliable individual to assist and support a small architectural practice
Responsibilities
• Answer and redirect telephone calls, emails
• Manage office calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence - meeting minutes, letters, memos etc
• Administrative tasks, including maintaining a filing system, photocopying
• File and update contact information of employees, clients, suppliers, etc
• Monitor levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
• Onboard new team members, data entry, running errands
• Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Secretary
• Secretarial Training compulsory
