  • To prepare service charges and sinking fund invoices;
  • To collect payment from the owners/residents and issue payment receipts
  • To collect deposits from owners/residents and refund to them when the renovation completed.;
  • To prepare payment vouchers for service providers, contractors and etc;
  • To attend owners/residents complaints with regards to the payment, statement of account and to answer all inquiry professionally and tactfully;
  • To chase for overdue payment from owners/residents and do the debt recovery process;
  • To assist in preparing Debtor Aging, Bank Reconciliation.
  • Able to handle basic accounting matters.

Requirements :-

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Business Admin or any related discipline;
  • More than a year working experience in Accounting;
  • Must able to do partially accounts for AP & AR
  • Fluent in English and Malay.
