Role: B2B Digital Marketing Specialist (Multiple Markets)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Relocation needed)

Available Markets:

  • ANZ Market – Open to candidates from the Philippines or India (excellent English skills)
  • APAC India Market – India-based candidates fluent in Hindi
  • South Asia Market – India-based candidates fluent in Urdu or Hindi

Working Hours:

  • ANZ: 6 AM – 7 PM (TBC), Monday–Friday
  • APAC India: 11 AM – 8 PM, Monday–Friday
  • South Asia: TBC, Monday–Friday

Compensation:

  • Up to RM5,000 basic salary + 20% sales incentive
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Not open to foreign candidates currently based in Malaysia

Your Role:

  • Engage new and existing advertisers via phone, chat, and email
  • Identify sales opportunities and recommend the best advertising solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of SMB clients and drive revenue growth
  • Share insights and feedback to enhance the customer experience
  • Promote success stories and help clients achieve long-term results

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or online sales
  • Excellent English communication (B2 level and above)
  • Proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented professional
  • Comfortable managing multiple client interactions daily
