Job Description
- Guiding and motivating team members, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and adhere to company policies
- Assisting with hiring, training, and performance evaluations, scheduling work hours, and addressing employee concerns
- Providing excellent service to customers, handling complaints, and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with daily tasks, such as inventory management, budget monitoring, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
- Facilitating communication between team members and senior management, and collaborating with other departments
- Assist in developing and implementing the group marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Fast learner and quick to adapt
- Easily trainable and adaptable
- Has a sharp understanding and a positive learning attitude
- Quick thinker with the ability to learn on the go
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and sales
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and a creative mindset
- Proven experience in a similar role and in staff management, training, and performance evaluation.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, along with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
