What you'll be doing?

Project Management - Plan and manage overall project activities to meet targets on time, cost, quality, and safety, ensuring successful delivery of construction milestones.

Team Leadership - Lead the site team to monitor site progress and ensure all works follow contract specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to identify and resolve site issues promptly.

Progress Reporting - Attend project meetings and provide comprehensive reports on project progress to stakeholders and management.

Resource Planning - Control project schedules and manpower planning to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.

Quality & Safety Oversight - Ensure all quality standards and safety requirements are consistently achieved throughout the construction process.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background - Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field to provide the technical foundation for this role.

Professional Experience - Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating proven track record in high-rise construction project management.

Leadership Skills - Strong leadership, planning, and communication abilities to effectively manage teams and coordinate project activities.

Independence & Multitasking - Ability to handle multiple teams and work independently while maintaining high standards of project delivery.

Technical Proficiency - Proficient in Microsoft Project & Primavera software for effective project planning and scheduling.

Language Skills - Mandarin speaking is highly advantageous as it will help facilitate communication with diverse project stakeholders and team members.
