Key responsibilities

  • Scheduling and planning: Develop and oversee production schedules to maximize resource utilization and meet delivery expectations.
  • Inventory and materials management: Monitor stock levels for raw materials and finished goods, and forecast material needs to prevent shortages or excesses.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, procurement, production, and logistics, to align production with demand and ensure a smooth flow of work.
  • Problem-solving: Identify and address production delays, quality issues, or other disruptions to keep the process on track.
  • Process optimization: Analyze production efficiency and implement improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Reporting: Provide status updates on production to management and report on production issues and performance metrics.
  • Budget and quality: Monitor production costs to ensure they stay within budget and uphold quality standards throughout the process.

Required skills
