Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support & Application Development

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for machine vision systems.

  • Develop and customize vision solutions using tools such as VisionPro, Halcon, or OpenCV.
  • Conduct customer training and workshops on vision systems and software.

  • Project Management

  • Lead machine vision integration projects from requirement analysis to on-site implementation.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Product) to ensure project success.

  • Customer & Market Engagement

  • Support regional exhibitions, seminars, and product promotions.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market needs to support product development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Apple supply chain.

  • Overseas Support

  • Travel regularly to customer sites across Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Thailand) for project implementation and support.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Optical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial machine vision or automation.
  • Experience with vision software (VisionPro, Halcon, OpenCV) and programming skills (C/C++ preferred).

  • Technical Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and system integration capabilities.

  • Familiarity with industrial cameras, lenses, lighting, and AOI systems.
  • Experience in project management and technical documentation.

  • Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both spoken and written).

  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Apple supply chain manufacturers.

  • Knowledge of advanced packaging processes (e.g., CoWoS, TGV, CPO) is a plus.
  • Multilingual ability (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) is an advantage.
