Job description:
- Handle inbound calls and emails related to flight inquiries.
- Assist customers with flight ticket bookings, amendments, and refund requests.
Provide accurate information and support to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Deliver professional and friendly customer service to clients in the travel industry.
- Serve as the first point of contact to resolve customer issues or complaints.
- Handle inbound calls, including urgent or sensitive matters, with professionalism.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
- Respond to customer emails with clear, accurate, and empathetic communication.
Requirements:
- Open to working on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong time management and a proactive mindset to exceed performance expectations.
- Excellent communication, logical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy, able to navigate multiple systems, and quick to learn new tools.
- Proficient in Mandarin with basic English skills, to effectively support our diverse customer base and stakeholders.
