About the role

We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer cum Field Application Engineer (FAE) with a strong background in Electronics & Electrical Engineering and experience in electronic components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in handling customer complaints and technical issues.
  • Provide technical advice and support to the sales team regarding electronic components and applications.
  • Work closely with sales to offer timely and effective solutions to customers.
  • Participate in customer visits with the sales team when necessary to provide on-site technical support and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Educational background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience or knowledge in electronic components and their applications.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and customers.
  • Problem-solving mindset with customer-oriented thinking.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, Electronics Manufacturing and Statistical Process Control
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and customers
