Full job description

As a Demi Chef, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, helping to prepare and deliver high-quality dishes in line with our standards. You will work under the guidance of senior chefs to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently while contributing to the creativity and execution of our menu. We are looking for someone with at least 2 to 3 years of experience, a passion for food, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all kitchen equipment is used safely.
  • Assist in stocking and organizing ingredients and supplies.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures, including handling food with proper safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team, including communicating clearly and efficiently.
  • Help in other kitchen-related duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education: SPM/Diploma on Culinary are welcomed
  • Language: Bahasa Melayu / English
  • Customer Service, Communication Skills, Teamwork, and Attention to Detail
  • Have a good personality.
  • Have good discipline and honest character.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Able to maintain cleanliness.
  • Able to work on flexible hours and over-time.
