Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries.
  • Assist customers with ride issues, account support, payments, safety concerns, and app navigation.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to users.
  • Log and update all customer interactions in the system.
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when needed.
  • Maintain professionalism and meet service quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification (BM & Sejarah pass preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English & BM.
  • Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work 24-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
