Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries.
- Assist customers with ride issues, account support, payments, safety concerns, and app navigation.
- Provide accurate and timely information to users.
- Log and update all customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when needed.
- Maintain professionalism and meet service quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification (BM & Sejarah pass preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English & BM.
- Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work 24-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
