We're now looking for a proactive Human Resource Executive with strong customer service skills to support our people, strengthen our patient relations, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

A. Human Resource Functions

  • Manage full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and clinic SOPs
  • Handle disciplinary matters, staff evaluations, and performance tracking
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and memos
  • Coordinate staff training, roster planning, and welfare activities

B. Customer Service & Front Office Coordination

  • Assist patients courteously at reception or through phone/WhatsApp inquiries
  • Support front-desk operations during peak hours (registration, payments, appointments)
  • Handle feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
  • Promote clinic services and maintain patient satisfaction
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years' experience in HR or customer service (preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or retail)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and maintain confidentiality
  • Basic knowledge of payroll systems, leave management & employment laws
  • Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English
  • Cheerful, patient, and service-oriented personality
