ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We're looking for a Creative Production Designer — someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, organization, and technical execution.

You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team that delivers photography, video, packaging, and marketing assets for global product launches. You'll be directly involved in the design process — crafting visuals, refining templates, retouching images, while ensuring smooth collaboration between our internal and external stakeholders, and vendors.

• Create, refine and ensure quality and visual outputs are in line with the Sandisk brand and layout guidelines.
• Ensure all technical, print, and layout requirements are optimized for both digital and print production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather assets, manage approvals, and drive follow-ups to keep creative projects on schedule.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in creative or production agencies working within FMCG or tech related companies.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
• Interest in the printing processes, color management, and material compatibility.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating a thoughtful, creative process and design execution across multiple media.

Preferred:

• Experience with editing software e.g. Adobe Premier, Final Cut, Davinci
• Experience/willingness to learn in photography or videography is an advantage
