Job Description :

  • Ensure all project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget, and exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Estimating the cost of the project and ensuring financial resources are allocated for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Providing regular progress updates and forecast claims reporting to senior management
  • Coordinate with main contractor, subcontractors, consultants, internal teams, and other trades to schedule plumbing work and ensure smooth workflow, resolve conflicts, and address site issues.
  • Site work done verification with Main Con
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usage
  • Track, coordinate, and facilitate responses to RFIs and project needs.
  • Manage coordination of approvals for Shop drawings, Model reviews, vendor document approvals, etc.
  • Conduct project coordination meetings with all stakeholders.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Pipeline or engineering industry
  • Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
  • Preferably knowledgeable in PIPELINE
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, CAD drawings
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9, RM10,500.00 per month
