Job Description

  • Compile and provide all KPIs and reports related to MBTMY Car EOO performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with strategic relevance across MBTMY Car EOO and Home of Tech Car EOO.
  • Monitor progress of priorities/projects and target agreements for MBTMY Car EOO.
  • Prepare, organize, and facilitate MBTMY Car EOO events, presentations, and meetings at Head of Department level.
  • Coordinate and provide internal media material for newsletters and internal communication channels.
  • Support budget planning and monitor spending during the period.
  • Enhance strategic communication by crafting compelling narratives and executive-level presentations for leadership team.
  • Develop dashboards and visual reports using advanced tools (Power BI, Tableau) for storytelling and decision-making.
  • Act as liaison between PMO and leadership team; facilitate workshops and portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or project management roles, preferably in automotive or technology sectors.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • PMP or Agile certifications are an advantage.

Communicative Relationships

  • Frequent interaction with MBTMY Heads of Department, Managers, Corporate Functions, Communications, and Home of Tech teams.
  • Direct engagement with leadership team for strategic reviews and decision-making support.
