Job Requirement:

  • SPM, STPM, Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Criminology, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in background screening, HR, compliance, or recruitment is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under strict timelines.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform background checks and verification services such as:

1. Employment history verification

2. Education qualification checks

3. Credit checks (where applicable)

4. Reference checks Identity and address verification

  • Liaise with previous employers, educational institutions, referees, and other relevant sources to obtain accurate information.
  • Review and assess documentation provided by candidates or clients for authenticity and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and documentation in the internal system.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned screening tasks according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalate any discrepancies, red flags, or verification issues to the Team Leader or Manager.
  • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies, complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and candidates, responding to inquiries when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless workflow and high service standards

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
